So, I guess I am not the average caterer. I have gone to the workshops. I have read the reports. I am up on the current trends. I understand the business of catering and the needs of my customers. I am just not a salesman. I can’t up-sell you. I can’t make you sign a contract. I can’t trick you into spending more than you want to. I honestly just want to make you happy. I want to tell you about the foods we make and the foods we use. Over the past 21 plus years I have made as many friends as I have customers. I am old school and I think that is cool. You will understand once you meet me.
I thought I was going to be a Rock Star back in the 80’s. I played drums in a local original band called Kids After Dark. We actually got to open up for acts like REM, Psychedelic Furs, Thompson Twins, OMD, Men Without Hats, Modern English, and Living Color… So now you know old old I am. My music career didn’t pan out to stardom but I did meet my lovely wife Lisa during this period. So, I guess I was successful after all. My wife Lisa Bleil is still singing around town with CityScape. You have probably seen her singing on the Holiday WQED show “Live from Studio A” that is shown at all times annually in December.
I also have 2 boys. As of 2014, Clint Jr is a junior at SRU majoring in music performance and education. Go Figure! He will make a wonderful teacher, performer or waiter some day :). My other boy Adam, is a junior at Shaler High School and is following his brothers footsteps (or creating his own footsteps) in music. So proud of my boys
My family is born and raised in Pittsburgh. I am a small business owner that supports small business and buys American whenever I can.
See you around.
Clinton D. Bleil
